What DID I Do?

Onboarding - general users

Stage 1 - Affinity Mapping :

Initial Affinity Mapping Session

Weak tutorials

Users struggled to understand core functions (e.g., Add to Library). The current flow lacked step-by-step demonstrations or contextual highlights to explain features.

Generic messaging

The onboarding content relied on vague, high-level terms instead of clearly communicating the app’s value and how it fits into users’ daily planning.

Lack Of Guidance

Users landed on an empty home screen with no direction.

UI inconsistencies

Visual and interaction patterns confused users.

Stage 3 - SOlution :

User Feedbacks

Based on our heuristic research on later stages, this design got positive feedbacks:

⭐️ 4.6/5

The explanation was thorough and at the same time short and easy to grasp.
